I got to give it to the Thais for being creative when it comes to food.  While walking through Chiang Rai’s walking street, I am just amazed at all the different types of food I saw them selling along the street.  There is always a new twist to everything.  Here are some of the stuff I saw them selling.

Tod yum pla muk...deep fried catfish salad with mango, peanuts and sweet/sour sauce...I can't wait to try this recipe at home!

Squid and hotdog on sticks...the sauce is a sweet/sour sauce...eventually these will be grilled...I had the grilled squid, just not the hotdog for obvious reasons.
